Mick Cullen won the 3rd Miniest Mini Golf Open by shooting the first sub-100 combined 2-round total. Through July 2024, no player has recorded lower than a 98 over 2 rounds. With the win, Mick secured the points title for the inaugural 2022 American Mini Golf Alliance (AMA) season.

Tom Loftus finished in close 2nd only two strokes behind Mick. This was Tom's 3rd consecutive 2nd place finish in the Miniest Mini Golf Open. 2021 Miniest Open winner Shawn Brown came in 3rd and scored the low round of the tournament in his first round with a 47. Shawn shot the course record of 46 in 2021.

This championship was preceded by a qualifying period where 43 different players attempted to make the top 20 under par scores to play in the championship.
